"The People´s Deputies of Ukraine share the sorrow of your fellow citizens who have suffered casualties as a result of floods", - the telegram reads.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
